Grass-Fed Steak Tagliata with Balsamic & Rocket
Classic yet effortless, this Italian-inspired dish delivers tender grass-fed steak over peppery rocket with a drizzle of balsamic. Rich in iron and polyphenols, it’s a balanced way to enjoy red meat — rocket’s vitamin C helps absorb iron, while balsamic and olive oil add antioxidants and healthy fats to support heart and skin health. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
