Ingredients

  • 1 can (150g) tuna in olive oil, drained

  • 1 can (400g) white beans, drained and rinsed

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Mix tuna, beans, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil.

  2. Season and toss gently.

  3. Serve with mixed greens or rye crackers.
