Ingredients
- 1 can (150g) tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1 can (400g) white beans, drained and rinsed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Mix tuna, beans, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Season and toss gently.
- Serve with mixed greens or rye crackers.
